Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, used jewelry may not be accepted for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed through the available payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
